I had an incredible stay at Killawasi Lodge in Yanque, nestled in the heart of the Colca Valley. The room was cozy, offering stunning views of the valley from a private balcony. The premium bedding ensured a comfortable rest after days filled with exploration. The hotel's tour desk organized fantastic hikes to ancient ruins and hot springs, providing a deep dive into the region's history and natural beauty. The restaurant, overseen by an attentive staff, served up delicious dishes made from fresh, local ingredients. This lodge truly immersed us in the rich culture and landscapes of the Andes, making it a perfect base for an unforgettable Easter getaway.
